Jon Gumble 

From the time I was young, I learned the value of hard work. Anything is possible if you're willing to work hard enough for it. Passion for building and bringing anything I can to life is what drives me; whether it be a KNEX set or a vertical growing system.

I attended Penn State University from Fall 2009 until Summer 2015, where by the end of it all I received an undergraduate in landscape contracting, a minor in arboriculture, a master's in horticulture, a publication, and co-founded an innovative start-up venture focused on urban agriculture implementation. Making this happen was not easy at all; it stretched my mind and abilities far past what I thought was even possible. I've learned to be not only a builder, but a truck driver, a forklift operator, a student, a teacher, a researcher, a writer, a designer, an arborist, a horticulturist, a scientist, an engineer, and even an accountant. 

At this point in my life I want to share my story and the projects I've done. I not only want to share the success, but also the failures. Seeing the end result of something great is one thing... Going through the real-world process of getting it there is entirely different and absolutely worth bringing into light.
